Sales of French brands on JD.com have also seen rapid growth. Examples include René Furterer, who experienced 200% year-on-year growth in Q1 of 2023.
Sales of French wine have seen strong growth, increasing by 230% from March 2022 to March 2023. JD.com sources wine from all 61 of the Bordeaux chateaux included in the 1855 Bordeaux Classification for red wine producers.
